Memorial Day

I was looking through the classifieds this morning, just having fun, seeing if there was anything I liked. As my eyes scanned the paper, I noticed a section titled "Guns". I'm reading, and it's some sort of pistol or something, and says, FBI Trained. What? You can't train a gun, and that's a fact. But, whatever.

Is anyone excited for any movies coming out soon? Like, Terminator Salvation, or Night at the Museum 2? I'm actually excited for the Night at the Museum. And Harry Potter's coming out. Well, maybe not so much for Harry Potter. But still...

We get next Monday off, seeing as it's Memorial day and all. I'm excited. I like visiting one grave in particular. My dad's oldest brother, my Uncle Marce. He died a long time ago, and for some weird reason, I feel a certain connection to him. Maybe it's because we're the oldest? Because we share a love for animals? I don't know. But nobody on my dad's side of the family says much about him. It kind of bothers me, but I guess I'll find out when I need to... if I need to.

I've been thinking about something recently. We're having the "Handcart Days" coming up soon, and I've been getting kind of artsy lately. I went out and bought 18 gel pens, almost all of them different colors. Metallic, glittery and 'neon' gel pens. So I started coming up with designs, like face painting or something. I've even tried a few on myself. They're cute (personally), but some of them are so bright, you can't see the color.

So I was thinking, what if I did something like free face painting? Last year, when I went, I don't really remember seeing face painting. But I don't know... I didn't go everywhere, so it's possible. Maybe I will, and maybe I won't.
