The Bucket List

As has been said, I've been doing an internship at a veterinarian's office, and I'm LOVING it! It's been wonderful. On the 'down' side, my intern class (where I go to school, not the clinic), I still have things being due for that class. Like, a bucket list (and a million other things, too). My teacher has assigned this for a reason I have yet to see why, and this needs at least 100 items. 100?!?!?!? Is she CRAZY?! Sheesh. So, in my attempts to find a hundred things to do before I die, I of course, looked online. Because, seriously? Who DOES that? Of course, it made me realize how ambitious I am. I wanted to do A LOT of things before I die. Needless to say, I've got lots of things to do!

Anyway, I decided to put a few of MY ideas, and then you can write down some... I may or may not 'borrow' these ideas. I need at least 20 more! Here goes:

*Meet Michael Buble (the singer)
*Visit Niagara Falls
*Find a 4-leaf clover
*Drive a car over 100 MPH where it's legal (I can do that on the autobahn, right?)
*Go on 50 first dates

Needless to say that last one probably wont' happen, but it's just so I know what I really want in a man, right? That's what I think.

Speaking of Michael, Buble! This is today's video, and a personal favorite-"Just Haven't Met You Yet". It's one of his more recent ones, and I really like it. He's kinda cute!

The Weekend....(relaxed sigh)

This is a good week. Love St. Patrick's Day. Lots of Jelly Beans to be had. One of my close friends gave me a 'Post- St. Paddy's Day' Present which included The Princess and the Frog and may or may not have included JELLY BEANS!!! She's such a sweet heart, and I'm so glad we're friends. I think I'd die without her.

Then, my other close friend, Sugar Lumps, came over this weekend as well. She's a sweetheart, too, and it's been a while since I've seen her. We used to be extremely close, and considered each other sisters. We now live about 20 miles apart, though, and we're not always able to talk-there's school and other things... but it was good to see her. We stayed up watching Harry Potter 2, although both of us fell asleep about halfway through it. I suddenly woke up at quarter to 2 (in the morning!) remember that I hadn't taken my contacts off. This is extremely dangerous, as I've heard horror stories of contacts needing to be removed surgically... no thank you.

She came with me to church, which was rather enjoyable. It's been a while since I've laughed so hard. We love to talk about everything, and there is always lots of laughing involved. I really miss her. I LOVE YOU SUGAR LUMPS!!!

Easter

So, Easter's coming up, and you know what that means, right?

CANDY!!!!! I LOVE candy. Especially JELLY BEANS. You could probably do something terrible (break my heart, be a jerk, etc.) and I would forgive you for anything if you gave me 3 lbs. of jelly beans-but they have to be good. Not the Jelly Belly kind. They're mostly good, but some of them, it's like... WHAT WERE THEY THINKING? SweetTart Jelly Beans are good. Starburst Jelly Beans are good. Even those cheap $1-store Jelly Beans are good.

So, after getting paid today for cleaning a house,I went to Smith's Marketplace and was bouncing up and down (literally) in the aisles of the Easter candy aisle. It was B-E-A-utiful. I loved it. It was truly MARVELOUS.

So, 3 jelly bean bags later, I am on the computer, bloggin about it, and eating them. Yum. :D

Today's music video: Rob Thomas, Her Diamonds. It is his most recent 'hit', and I really like how he did this one. It's obviously not ice, but the idea in general is pretty cool. Oh, she's wearing a VERY thing night dress, but that doesn't come in to play until the end. YUCK. Too much skin, honey. Wear something thicker to bed! Weirdo...

Vertigo

Okay, it's been a while. I started working this week, and I work in the evenings, and I HAVE to get my homework done before I can play (ie blogging, e-mail, etc.). It's BORING. I like working, especially because I'm sorta-kinda-maybe with animals, but I get to advance and sooner or later, I will work with animals. Not much for updates right now, though. it's almost 11 PM, and I'm still up! Tee-hee ;D

My dog is going to get shots tomorrow, seeing as he needs them to be healthy... little rat. We're going to go to my grandma's tomorrow, too. It is/was her birthday, so we're going to go CELEBRATE!!! WOO-HOO! HAPPY B-DAY GRANDMA!!!
